Before purchasing, please contact us and provide a photo of the set you desire. We will classify the nails based on the difficulty of the design you provided. If there are no issues, please proceed with the payment. Please note that some designs may be modified if we cannot find the exact materials to replicate. We strive for 100% accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to handcrafting.
Follow these three steps to order your custom nails:

- Choose the nail shape you want to customize.
- Choose the nail size you want to customize.
Important Notes:
Size: If you have special size requirements, provide your custom nail size in the order notes or contact us via email. If no size is provided, you will receive a medium size.
Length and Shape: Provide your preferred nail length (e.g., medium coffin, short round). If no length is provided, you will receive medium-length almond-shaped nails.
Design: Send the design image you want or the product from our website to: sales@enchantnails.com. We will evaluate the design, and if our team has any questions, we will contact you. After filling in the notes, please proceed to checkout as usual.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery Time: All custom nails take 2-3 weeks to make from the order date, depending on the order's content and the number of sets. We strive to deliver them to you within two weeks.
Production and Product
My press-on nails are made of soft gel, providing you with a comfortable and lightweight manicure. All my sets are handcrafted and hand-painted! Once you place your order, I will begin the creation process. With proper application, removal, and care, my press-on nails can last approximately 1-2 weeks.
Returns and Refunds
As your set is handcrafted specifically for you, we regret that we do not accept returns or refunds. Please note that colors may appear different in photos. The colors may be the same, but the lighting in the photos can make them look darker or lighter.
